SYNTAX:

[TOP ( expression ) [PERCENT] [ WITH TIES ] ]
[ INTO new_table ]

[ WHERE test_expression IS [ NOT ] NULL ]
[ GROUP BY ]
[ HAVING search_condition ]
[ ORDER BY order_expression [ ASC | DESC ]

PURPOSE:
IS NULL returns true or false indicating whether value is NULL.
