Purpose: – Illustrates the SQL Server syntax for the NOT.

SYNTAX:

SELECT [ ALL | DISTINCT ]
[TOP ( expression ) [PERCENT] [ WITH TIES ] ]

PURPOSE:
NOT reverses the value of the boolean expression
