Here is a collection of over 35 hours of premium video tutorials on Drupal by Pluralsight. In order to view the videos, you need to become a member of Pluralsight.
Background: Drupal Drupal is an open-source content-management framework written in PHP. It is used as a back-end framework for over two percent of all websites. Drupal runs on any computing platform that supports both a Web server capable of running PHP and a database to store content and configuration.
In addition to being used for website, Drupal can also be used for business collaboration and a knowledge base.
The standard release of Drupal, known as Drupal core, contains basic features common to content management systems. These include user account registration and maintenance, menu management, RSS feeds, taxonomy, page layout customization, and system administration. The Drupal core installation can serve as a simple Web site, a single- or multi-user blog, an Internet forum, or a community Web site providing for user-generated content.
As of 2015, the Drupal community consists of more than one million members. 30,000 developers have contributed more than 33,000 modules that alter and extend the core capabilities, behavior, and appearance of a Drupal site.
Basic Web site installation and administration of the framework require no programming skills. However, you need to have a programming backgound in order to use some of the more sophisticated APIs for developers.
